Revolutionary War Combat Styles for Mythras

As I get ready to play The Times that Fry Men's Souls using Mythras I have made a few combat styles for my players to pick from. Deeply inspired by the examples listed on Retired Adventurer's post.

Rakish Tactics

Your days conning folks and otherwise getting into no good have served you well in learning to get the upper hand in combat. Skilled with daggers, shortswords, throwing knives, glass bottles, and pistols.

Cheat to Win Improvised weapons used by the character receive no penalty in damage. Outmaneuver rolls are one step easier. An additional throwing weapon can be thrown by the character by making an attack roll one step harder.

General Infantry

You were one the King's men or a colonial fighting for freedom. Skilled with bayonets, fists, muskets , and knives.

Double Time! Characters may reload twice as fast as usual by making an athletics check. Bleeds caused by the bayonet cause two levels of fatigue to be lost per round. Three or more characters with this trait firing on the same round apply the Pinned Down Special Effect to the target.

Country Living

You make your living off the land the best you're able to. Skilled with axes, knives, muskets, and bows.

Hunter's Knowledge When using a ranged weapon, the hit location of a successful attack may be shifted to an adjacent location. The fist attack from stealth grants double damage.

Urban Roughhousing

The cities are a tough place to grow up. Skilled with knives, hammers, fists, and shotguns.

Street Fighting Man Unarmed blocks and parries are made as a medium sized weapon. Damage modifier is increased by a step when using any weapon that the style gives skill in. Defending against Bash attacks is two steps easier.
